Cancellation / No Show

A 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled service. You, as the client, authorize a charge of 50% of your scheduled service if your appointment is not canceled or reschedule within the 24 hours period. No Shows will incur a 100% fee of the service price. There are not exceptions to this policy.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds will not be given for any service, package, or membership. Time and products used cannot be returned. For members, any unused services or discounts will not roll over to the next month. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the charge date. There are no refunds, and no exceptions to this policy.

Forms

If you are new to the spa or have not filled out a form for a new appointment, one will be sent to you upon booking. Please fill this form out prior to your appointment. If there are any questions or concerns please reach out to us, and we will do the same.

Health and Allergy Risk

There are health and allergy risks involved with all services. Sea Salt Day Spa and any service providers are not liable for any unfavorable outcomes from engaging in our spa services. Please let us know if you have any allergies before your appointment. If you are concerned about any health risks, please consult with your primary physician, as we do not assume any liability.

Guarantee

We make no guarantees that services will provide the exact results you are hoping for. Outcomes of each service are subjective and we are not liable should they not meet your standards.

Kids

We do not allow children under the age of 13 within the spa. We love kids and have a few of our own, but we wish to keep this a sanctuary where adults can relax and restore themselves from their busy lives.
