In our tranquil salt therapy room you will experience the healing power of Halotherapy, a natural treatment that uses finely dispersed salt particles in the air to cleanse your respiratory system, improve skin health, and promote deep relaxation.

Gentle and non-invasive, salt therapy is ideal for anyone seeking relief from allergies, asthma, stress, or simply looking to boost overall wellness in a calm, soothing space.

You may notice easier breathing, clearer sinuses, and reduced inflammation after just one visit. For ongoing wellness, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week, though many guests find relief with less frequent use.

Robes are provided if requested. You may also wear your regular clothing. Salt is aerated and may land on your clothing. There is a yoga mat in the room if you would like to stretch, wear appropriate attire.

This treatment is perfect for those looking to reduce inflammation, support skin health, recover from workouts, or simply enjoy a quiet moment of warmth and wellness.

Unlike traditional saunas, the infrared heat is soothing and comfortable, allowing you to sweat more efficiently at a lower temperature. For maximum benefit, we recommend using the infrared sauna 2–4 times per week, though even occasional sessions can leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized.
